• 2 cups salsa
• ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
• 2 chopped large tomato
• 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 cup crumbled tortilla chips
• ¼ cup chopped green onions
Preparation:
1. Cook beef and bell peppers in a large nonstick skillet over medium-
high heat until beef is browned.
2. Add salsa and bring to a boil.
3. Stir in cilantro and remove from heat.
4. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, onions and beef in a large bowl.
5. Top with tortilla chips and cheese.
6. Serve and enjoy!
