BANGIN’ BREAKFAST:
Breakfast holds a special place in my
heart.
Growing up in Miami, weekends
were always special in my house. I
would wake up to the smell of
breakfast cooking. Smelling
scrambled eggs, the sound of bacon
popping in the frying pan, and the
aroma of fresh salmon croquettes
releasing its flavor through the
house was a jump start to my day.
Cooking breakfast for my family
now, reminds me of my humble
beginnings. No matter the
circumstances, my Mom always
made sure that we had nourishing
meals and that’s exactly what I’m
instilling in my kids. Breakfast is
definitely the most important meal
of the day!
