Cajun Shrimp

                     1. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté bacon until brown and
                        crispy.
                     2. Remove bacon form skillet and transfer to a plate.
                     3. Add about 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan. Add shrimp and season
                        with Premadonna Creole Seasoning and Premadonna Seafood.  Sauté
                        shrimp for about 3-4 minutes. Set aside
                     4. Add garlic, Premadonna Paprika, bell pepper, parsley, and green
                        onions. Add ¼ cup of water -adjust to preference. Continue cooking
                        for another 3 minutes.
                     5. Add shrimp back to pan along with the crispy bacon.
                     6. Remove from the heat. Serve and enjoy!

                     Creamy, smooth, cheese grits is a long-standing breakfast favorite for southern
                  families. A specialty dish that can be served for breakfast, brunch or dinner. Pair this
                           up with my Savory Salmon Croquettes for a hearty and filling meal.




                 Ingredients:

                     • 1 cup Quick Grits
                     • 2 cups water
                     • 3 tablespoons  butter
                     • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
                     • 1 cup shredded Monterey cheese

                     • Salt to taste
