Preparation:
1. Bring water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.
2. Gradually whisk in the grits. Keep stirring with a whisk to prevent any
lumps.
3. Reduce heat and cook grits at a bare simmer, covered, stirring
frequently, until water is fully absorbed and grits thickened.
4. Remove grits from heat; add butter and cheese, stirring with a whisk
until cheese melts.
Sweet Baby Brown Sugar Bacon
Ok, this dish is not only finger licking delicious, it’s my very own secret recipe. Well,
they all are, but honey, can I tell you that my sweet baby brown sugar bacon will have
your taste buds begging for more. Sweet, crispy and crunchy and oh so good. Try it
with my French Kiss Toast or even my OMG Omelet, both options are perfect for a
tasty and filling meal.
Ingredients:
• ¼ cup dark brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons chili powder
• 8 slices thick cut bacon
