INDEKS PATRIOTISME NEGARA 2016

ABSTRACT

This study aims to identify the level of knowledge and a basic understanding of patriotism

among civil servants in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya Federal

Territory with the distribution of a questionnaire National Patriotism Index 2016 among

them. National Patriotism Index (IPN) which was first introduced in 2013, continued in each

year for the purpose in question. The findings of this research are presented by the

Convention National Patriotism organized Civics Bureau, Prime Minister's Department in

getting resolutions and initiatives justified in acting to implement any program that is

patriotism, which coincides with the findings produced and also current assessment is made

in the program which was held from time to time. The findings by the National Patriotism

Convention held on 7 November 2015, located in Akademi Kenegaraan, Kuala Lumpur, has

recommended to establish a policy that touches directly on patriotism to the country called

the National Patriotic Policy. This simplifies the process of expanding in driving initiatives in

all sectors of national patriotism at home and abroad as well as in connection with the

patriotism of the country.
