a referral. If the customer cannot give a name at this point,
give them referral cards to pass out to friends, neighbors, or
relatives.
Asking for referrals is not allowed in all states, so make sure
to check with your store manager for details.
Another great sales opportunity is to ask the customer what
their next rental will be when they pay off their current
agreement. Make sure to log any information in the POS
Free system as well as in your sales leads tool / log.
