               DRIVER’S SEAT






              Throught the rest of First Gear, you’ll complete Driver’s seat activities. These activities give you the chance
              of build this skills knowledge you need to be succesful at RAC.

              Time to buckle up and throw this vehicle into drive! Step into the Driver’s Seat to complete the following
              activities:



                           On-Time Payments                Take five on-time payments



                                                           Take five to seven past-due payments (seven days or less          DRIVER'S SEAT  /  DRIVER'S SEAT PRACTICE
                           Past-Due Payments
                                                           past due only)



                                                           Take two customers through the full Customer
                   The Complete Customer Experience

              Remember, you’ve gone through the payment process in the POS. You’ll be assisted for the first few,
              just to make sure you’ve got the hang of it. These customers are very important to us—they take their
              commitment to us seriously, and we seriously appreciate their business!

              Taking payments that are a little bit late are a wonderful opportunity to resolve any problems the customer
              may have as well as reinforce on-time payments in the future. Just be sure to set the expectation with your
              customer that their next renewal date is coming. Have them repeat the date back to you. And don’t forget
              to thank them for coming in to make their payment!

              Taking a customer through the entire experience at Rent-A-Center your first time can be a little
              overwhelming. Once you do it a few times, though, you’ll understand how to start the process, make
              your customer comfortable with the basics of renting to own, obtain good, solid information to effectively
              manage the account in the future, and close the agreement by making a delivery of a product they need.
