                  TAKE 5-7 PAST-DUE PAYMENTS





                  In this Driver’s Seat activity, you’ll process five to seven past-due payments (seven or less days past due
                  only). Ask your manager or owner to assist you with the first three and then try the last ones on your own
                  (three assisted, two unassisted, and all others unrecorded). Use the tables below to record the activity, and
                  to help you follow the steps to taking a past-due payment.

                  When taking payments, remember to:

                  • GREET CUSTOMER                           • TAKE THE PAYMENT ACCORDING TO PAY CYCLE
                  • PULL UP ACCOUNT                          • ASK FOR REFERRALS
