We have the Worry-Free Guarantee for a reason—our customers should not ever worry when they’re
renting from us. They shouldn’t have to worry about break-downs, they shouldn’t have to worry about their
satisfaction with our products, and they shouldn’t have to worry about MONEY.
So, let your customer know this by saying:
• "The last thing we want to be is a burden for you or for you to be worried about money right now."
• "So, to help you, we can freeze your payments after picking up the merchandise, and you can just continue
your payments right where you left off whenever you’re ready."
• "After you get another job, we’ll just bring this TV right back to you...would that help your situation?"
• "Can we reschedule your delivery in two weeks or four?” WELCOME & ORIENTATION / TRAINING ROADMAP
