        where you break your goal down into more manageable pieces.

        5. Put it on your calendar. Set a timeline for your goal with milestones that will allow you to measure your
        progress.


        6. Act! Here’s where you put the whole thing into play.

        7. Pause to evaluate and reconsider your goal. Ask yourself how things are going. Are you making the
        progress that you've hoped to? Readjust as necessary to reach your goal.

        By setting positive and attainable goals in your life, happiness becomes part of the process. Acting to attain
        those goals becomes a surefire habit that aids in creating happiness on the journey that is your life.
