Stephen R. Covey said strength lies in differences, not in
Every student similarities. I stand with this quote since I was in high school as I
went to an elite girls' school that included the students and
can learn, just teachers with all races and religions. During my period of school,
not on the the teachers showed good examples by having a particular
responsibility to recognize and structure their lessons to reflect
same day, or student differences. I happened to witness that this step had
encouraged the appreciation of a diverse school population, and
the same way. brought a sense of connection between disparate cultural
heritages within a single school’s culture. It is certainly in the best
interest of students and teachers to focus on the richness of our

of treating students fairly and equally.
