                  Requirements for Assistance Training Directors

        Required Work Hours:  An Assistant Training Director for  Fit Physiques will be required to
        work no less than 40 hours per week, not including lunch or personal breaks.

        Clocking in and out: Upon hiring, a profile and log in will be created in the Club Ready
        software that an ATD will be required to clock in and out during their scheduled shift.  The
        ATD must clock out for all lunch, personal, and workout breaks.  Unless scheduled by a
        manager and approved by Human Resources an ATD will not work over the 40 hour cap
        limit. This position is not approved for overtime pay.   Any clock in times that need to be
        changed must be emailed to your direct manager (Training Director) for proper time clock
        records.

        Base pay/Training session pay: $300 per pay period/$600 per month, unless otherwise
        stated.  ATD work week consists of a minimum of 40 hour per week to earn full base pay.
