Quality Control Specialist Head Trainer
Responsibilities
Set aside time in your schedule daily for Head Trainer responsibilities (1 hour block should
be efficient)
Assist TD in auditing exception logs to be sent to back office for logging
All signatures, Dates, Times, Client and Trainer names are on log
Client and Trainer Follow Up
All clients are receiving monthly evaluations, updated photos and client of the month is
being updated to show clients that have had great results
Trainers are arriving on time for their clients (Verbal warning on first offense, write up
to follow)
Trainers maintaining proper floor etiquette and appearance
Reports
Lost sheep report- This report shows who has not been in for their training sessions for
X amount of time. Take that list and divide it up equally between trainers to call clients
and offer a free session or two to get them back in training.
Auto renew- All clients need to be doing their Rate Your Trainer appointments. This
allows for upgrades, customer feedback and to ensure the client is happy with their
training.
Trainer evaluations - Schedule 90 day reviews with each trainer for evaluations. This
will allow management to let the trainers know what they need to work on or what they
are excelling in. This is also a good time to submit raise requests for approval as well
Assigning clients to their primary trainers for back office retention reports
QCS should be available to assist in sending any and all documents to back office
(Write ups, new hire documents, incident reports, ect
