        Strength test ( Push-ups in 1 minute, Sit up test, and ½ mile to 1 mile cardio test
        Cardio program mapped out and explained
        Show client where their folder is kept so they know where to get there program
        Go over your 24 hour policy and make sure they understand it

        Fitness Evaluation 2nd 30 minute session

        Full workout and explain what to do on the days not with trainer
        Book remaining sessions out 4-6 weeks
