Boat & Yacht Charter (Oceana)
Speed boats and sailing yachts are available for charter trips, private parties, fishing
trips and island hopping. Enquire at the Front Desk for more information.

Books
Books are available to borrow free of charge in the hotel lobby. If you have any books
or magazines you can spare or no longer want at the end of your holiday, we would
appreciate the opportunity to pass these on to future guests. Just leave them with us.

Car Rental
Contact the Front Desk and we can assist you in renting a car

Check-out Time
Check-out time is 12.00 noon. However, should you have a late afternoon or early
evening flight from Samui, we may be able to arrange an extension of the check-out
time for you. Call the Front Desk and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Currency Exchange
Currency exchange is available 24 hours a day at our cashier’s desk, which is located in
the lobby. We can accept and exchange most currencies; however, we cannot process a
cash advance on your credit card.

In-house Clinic
In cooperation with Bangkok Samui Hospital, a nurse will be on standby from 9.00 a.m.
to 6.00 p.m. daily in the nurse's room near The Pool House.
Jellyfish
Jellyfish will occasionally be found in the waters near our beach. If you see jellyfish,
avoid them and inform our sta . If you are stung by a jellyfish, please tell our sta
immediately.
