Massages, Treatments and Packages

We cannot take responsibility for the quality of massages, treatments or products
arranged, purchased or used outside the hotel.
Mosquitoes
For maximum protection against mosquitos, please always keep the door/mosquito
door closed at all times.
At turndown, your room maid will plug in an electric mosquito repellant, light a
mosquito coil, and spray the room unless otherwise requested. We also have mosquito
spray/lotion available at the resort boutique or the spa.
Motorbikes
We do NOT recommend renting a motorbike or motorcycle and we do not rent
motorbikes at the resort.
Riding motorbikes or motorcycles on Samui is dangerous; many deaths and serious
injuries occur every year. We strongly recommend that you use a far safer mode of
transportation such as a car, limousine or public transportation.

There are many places outside the hotel to rent a motorbike, but please be aware that
many motorbike rentals do not come with insurance. Please come to the Front Desk to
enquire about other modes of transportation during your stay.
Protection of Personal Property
We advise that you make use of your in-room safe to store your valuables, cash, and
personal documents, as we are unable to be held responsible for any loss.
Snakes and Nature
Koh Samui is a tropical island surrounded by nature. It is not unusual to find snakes in a
tropical natural setting, and you may occasionally see a snake on the resort grounds. If
needed, call ‘0’ and our team will take care of it for you.

Sport Complex
Many of our sporting facilities are integrated into the Sports Complex which has a
fitness center, tennis court, golf practice net, football field and boxing ring.

Souvenir Shop
You can purchase souvenirs and resort items like beach bags, amenities or clothes and
resort items in the shop opposite Sala Thai restaurant. It is open from 10.00 a.m. to 7.00
p.m. (10.00 - 19.00 hrs.) Outside of these hours, please contact the Front Desk .
Taxi Service (Non-Hotel/Private)
Independent taxis are available on Samui. They are private and not connected to the
hotel. Taxi rates vary (e.g. to Fisherman’s Village approx. 300-400 THB, to Chaweng
Beach approx. 500-600 THB) and are NOT set by the hotel.
