Here is a comprehensive guide to services within the hotel, some important information,
and some advice you may find helpful, all conveniently listed in alphabetical order. If
you don’t find the information you require listed here, please contact the Front Desk.

Adapters
Can be purchased at the lobby.
Adventure Excursions
Exciting sea and land excursions, trips and adventures can be arranged through the
Oceana desk in the lobby of the resort.

Airport Transfers
Arrangements for private airport transfer service can be made through the Front
Desk.
Baby Cots & Baby Chairs

Baby cots are provided upon request, and baby chairs are available at all of our
restaurants.

Babysitter & Nanny Services
A babysitter can be arranged daily or weeky. Call the Front Desk to make
arrangements. Please note that we would appreciate a day notice if possible.
Banks
The nearest banks are located opposite the hotel. Most are open from 8:30 a.m. until
3.30 p.m. (8.30-15.30 hrs.) Monday to Saturday, except public holidays. A variety of ATM
machines can be found at the nearby banks and at some Money Exchange booths near
the hotel.

Beach
Maenam Beach is public property, as are all beaches in Thailand. As such, it is not
directly under our control. However, our cleaners maintain the 300 meters of beach
adjacent to the hotel and our security guards patrol it night and day to provide you
with a safe and clean place to swim and sunbathe. Be careful. There is no lifeguard on
duty and you swim at your own risk. Please do not enter the water or attempt to swim
when the red flag is hoisted.

Beach Vendors
Vendors will approach you while you are on the beach. If anything strikes you bargain
with a smile. If you are not interested, just say ‘No’ firmly with a smile, and you will find
that they will leave you in peace.
