Chapter 8 Optional On-Board Dryer

Overview

Information on the Air Concentrator
The On- Board Dryer Air Concentrator option was designed to deflect the air flow from the center of the vehicle
towards the sides of the vehicle between various intervals. The amount of times the Air Concentrator is fired on is
user selectable and also how long it is deflecting the air for. It is operated by a 4-way pneumatic valve that is
located inside of the driver side pod assembly on the 8-port pneumatic junction manifold. When it is signaled to
turn on, the valve will fire and the deflector plates inside of each spiral blower housing will angle towards the sides
of the vehicle creating a greater air flow down the sides of the vehicle.

Methods of Drying
• One pass slow without Air Concentrator
• First pass without Air Concentrator puts maximum drying on the center of the vehicle. Second pass with Air
Concentrator on to dry the vehicle sides
• One pass with Air Concentrator oscillating throughout the entire pass
