Bug Spray Applicator
Note: The E-1063 programming procedure can be found at the end of this section as opposed to the
FressStyler® Programming Manual.
Overview
The new Bug Spray Applicator was designed for the FreeStyler product line. When a vehicle
enters the wash and stops, the Bug Spray Applicator will spray an even coat of chemical on the
front of the vehicle and windshield. The amount of chemical and length of application time is
user selectable. This can be applied to any or all packages. The bug spray is programmed as
one of the three entrance operations in the E-1063. See that section in the Programming Manual
for details.
The wall mounted chemical pump is the same as the ones for soap, wax and triple foam used
on the FreeStyler. Supply water is connected to the ball valve assembly and the chemical pump
connected to the injector. The discharge line from the ball valve then has a mix of water and bug
spray chemical and is connected with a 3/4” water hose to the cross-over tube.
