Length Considerations
As stated on the previous page(s), with the entrance rails stops adjusted at 30” towards the exit a 19 foot - 3 inch vehicle can be
washed in a 32 foot bay using the “Small Bay” software. Longer vehicles can be run, however they will not get rinsed in the back by
the Rinse Arch.
The Treadle can be moved 5” towards the exit with satisfactory wash results in both the front and rear of the vehicle. The Treadle
can be moved up to 24” total which would bring the vehicle 2 feet further forward. This would wash a 19 foot - 3 inch vehicle in a 30
foot building. A booster pump would be needed with extra nozzles aimed at the front to get a proper rinse.
The Triple Foam would not spray on the first few feet of the hood. The 24” Treadle forward technique is not recommended even
though it has been done in the field.
