Advanced Configuration / Application Configuration
WP:
WP toggles between YES / NO. WP stands for Water Purge. It is typically used when a WAX
or SPOT FREE is run through the 25HP pump. This function turns OFF the corresponding
output during the Arm Motion in order to flush solution out of the pump and immediate plumbing
before the end of the application. A typical consequence of this function not being set properly is
the wax being dispensed out of the Rocker Spin Cleans as the vehicle enters the bay.
NORMAL PURGE / PURGE ALL PASS:
This toggles to PURGE ALL PASS to purge the entire application. This feature is to purge while
the machine is moving. It works for AC4 only.
High Press [AUTO / LOCK ON]: This toggles to AUTO and LOCK ON. When in AUTO, the system will only shift to
High Pressure when the pump speed is 31% and over. When in LOCK ON, the system will remain shifted to High
Pressure during entire application.
Center = [Varies]: This selection allows the choice of the type of application used. The choices are as follows:
SPEED ARCH. TRIPLE FOAM, STANDARD ARM, PRESOAK MODE AND OB DRYER.
Center = Speed Arch: This selection is for all applications utilizing the overhead spray manifold instead of the
arms. Typical applications are Rinse, Wax or Spot Free. The pump can be set between 0 – 100, depending on
the application. Pump Station Valve = Low Pressure 0 to 30, High Pressure 31 to 100. The carriage position at
the front and rear of the vehicle will expand for better coverage. This is a faster alterative to using the arm for
these applications but at the sacrifice of side coverage.
Center = Triple Foam: This application is used to dispense triple foam from the overhead pods on the ends of
the Wings. Expand Travel is adjusted for proper coverage on the front and rear. Purge and Dwell times are not
recommended with this application.
Center = Standard Arm: This selection is for most applications utilizing the arm to dispense fluids. Presoaks
utilize Presoak = Presoak Mode. The Pump Station value path is Low Pressure for 0% – 30% pump speed and
High Pressure for 31% - 100% pump speed.
Center = OB Dryer: This selection is used to operate the On-Board Dryer. It will extend the carriage travel to
expand the dryer coverage. Not Applicable on the Kondor®.
Center = Presoak Mode: This selection is typically used only for presoaks from the arm. If Purge is selected,
this function will occur during the final motion of the application. Reclaim and Water Purge are not
recommended with these applications.
