The following Faults are all Time-Out Alarms. The machine will page the number 255 if the machine resets itself
due to a Time-Out.

Fault Summaries
LOW AIR
This fault occurs when the Low Air Pressure Input (X22) is off.
CARR JAM
This is a Carriage jam. This fault occurs when X0 (Carriage Encoder A) or X1 (Carriage Encoder B) has not
changed state for 1.6 seconds while the Carriage is being instructed to move.
GFCI
This fault occurs when the GFCI device in the SCC has tripped. Reset must be pressed on the GFCI device
prior to resetting the machine.
ESTOP FAULT
This fault occurs when the E-Stop is pressed or a disconnect is turned off. This fault can be disabled from the
MISC screen of the Operator Interface. Check all E-Stops and red/yellow disconnects to remove the condition.
LOW WATER
This fault occurs if the Low Water Input (X27) is off.
CARRIAGE DRIVE FAULT
This fault occurs when the Carriage Drive signals the carwash controller that it has faulted.
ARM DRIVE FAULT
This fault occurs when the Arm Drive signals the carwash controller that it has faulted.
PUMP DRIVE FAULT
This fault occurs when the Pump Drive signals the carwash controller that it has faulted.
