Installation
Adjusting the Positive Stops
Positive stops dictate the range of motion for the booms. If set incorrectly, damage may occur to the
equipment and/or vehicles. After the initial setup, they may need to be adjusted for optimum performance.
1) Adjust the positive stop assemblies so the cylinders do not bottom out in either direction by
loosening their 1” nuts. Secure them back into place when they are positioned properly.
