Pneumatic (Air) Connections
1) Run 1/4” airline from the CCU or Air Panel to the oil reservoir hooked up to the rod end side of the
cylinder. Driver side uses RED airline, passenger side used PURPLE airline. This step is for the
WAVE WRAP™ boom extend.
2) Run 1/4” airline from the CCU or Air Panel to port #3 on the WAVE WRAP™ limit switch. Driver
side uses GREEN airline, passenger side used ORANGE airline.
3) Run 1/4” airline from the CCU or Air Panel to the oil reservoir hooked to the backside of the
cylinder. Driver side and passenger side both use GRAY airline. This step is for the WAVE
WRAP™ boom retract.
