Installation

Nozzle Installation
1) Locate the supplied nozzles and nozzle extensions. Secure all extension into the manifolds through
the small holes in the foam covers.
2) Electrically connect water solenoid valve or other optional equipment to the car wash controller unit
(if applicable).
3) Flush system lines and manifold, then install nozzles according to the Nozzle Guide beginning on
the next page.
Note: Lubricate nozzles and extensions with a Liquid-Teflon™ (NO TAPE) for easier installation
and maintenance.

Note: Nozzle selection is dependant on application, Nozzles vary for High-Pressure, Reclaim,
Pre-Soak, Waxes and R.O.

Pre Soak Valve Assembly Installation
1) Remove the components shown below from the upper manifold and install the Pre Soak valve
Assembly also shown below.
