Helpful Hint
Be sure to line up your Tee’s with the hole on the Plastic Pandant before you tighten it down.
The following two steps should be performed on the Ground before standing the Arch
up.
1) Place the Detail Plate of one of the Leg Assemblies against a rigid wall surface with the pipes
facing up. Slide one of the supplied Foam Sleeves onto the leg making sure the holes line up.
2) Repeat the process on the other Leg Assembly.
3) Secure the Tee and the Male Connector to the driver side Manifold on the entrance side of the
Arch then do the same for the passenger side Manifold on the exit side of the Arch. See image
below.
Use stainless-steel compatible Teflon™ tape and Liquid Teflon™ on ALL fittings.

4) Secure the Female Adaptors to the two remaining Manifolds along with the Spacers (part #6470)
and the Nipples as shown below.

5) Confirm that all fittings are tight.
