CHAMELEON® ARCH SERIES

Things You Should Know Before You Proceed

                       Extrusion Styles
There are two basic arch styles. The Spray Arch and the Utility Arch. These two have the openings
for the filler strips on opposite sides (Spray Arch on the inside, Utility Arch on the outside). Although
both are covered in this document, there will be times when one is shown in the illustration(s) and
not the other. If this is the case, it is because that particular area of installation is universal.
Also there may be places in this document where one style is shown and there will be a note
accociated with the image(s) stating how to proceed if you have the style “not shown”.

Both leg assemblies for a given style are identical and can be used on either side. However Spray
Arch legs and/or crossbeams can NOT be used on the Utility Arch or vise-versa.
See the images below to better understand the differences in the two styles.

The Utility Arch can be mounted above the DuraShiner. However you must be sure to
accommodate for the full swing of both rollers and make sure the arch frame does not interfere with
its motion path. See overview image below.
