Arch Assembly

5) Using the third joint block weldment, connect and secure the two head beams together as shown in
the image.

Note: If you have a Utility Arch, proceed to the “Tunnel Placement” section. If you have Spray
Arch, continue on to step #6.

6) Lay the partially completed Arch on the ground. Place protective material between the ground and
the Arch to keep it from getting scratched while you work on it.

7) Spray Arch Only: Remove the top spray manifold assembly from the skid. It should have the
nozzle extensions and the barbed hose fittings already in place.
