Dual K-Nozzle Manifold Installation
21) Run the airlines through the half section of nylon protective sleeve for each leg. Refer to
the images below for more detail.

Note: Make sure that the nylon protective sleeve is positioned so that it is not allowing the airlines
to rub any of the edges at the slotted area of the filler strip.

22) Push the 3/8” airline that is coming from the main air feed union tee to the elbow that is
on the bottom of the side spray manifolds.

Note: Route the airline to the elbow so that it is making a smooth transition from the point it
comes out of the filler strip to the connection point on the elbow as shown in the images
below.
23) Push the 3/8” airline that is coming from the main water/chemical feed union tee to the
elbow that is on the top of the side spray manifolds.

comes out of the filler strip to the connection point on the elbow as shown in the images
below.
At this point everything has been installed on the Arch.

24) Turn on the main water and run it through the lines. Check to make sure that there are no
leaks at any point on the system.
