Additional Options: Dual K-Nozzle Manifolds

Dual K-Nozzle Manifold Installation
5) Locate the accessory box. Inside are twelve nozzle bodies. Twelve nozzle body caps
with gaskets, and two different sets of deflection nozzles, each with twelve. Install three
nozzle bodies onto each spray manifold as shown in the images below.

6) Determine which set of nozzles you would like to use on your K-Nozzle Arch at this point.
Below are the descriptions for both:
• Light Blue nozzle – 0.5 GPM @ 10 PSI/125° @ 20 PSI
• Black nozzle – 1.0 GPM @ 10 PSI/145° @ 20 PSI
7) Remove the gaskets from each of the nozzle body caps. Place a nozzle into each cap
and then push the gasket back into place.
8) Place the nozzle caps with nozzles onto each of the nozzle bodies and snap them in to
place as shown in the images.
9) Locate the accessory box and remove the six aluminum brackets that have the Snap
Tight plastic clamps mounted to them and the 1/2” long self tapping screws.
