Single K-Nozzle Manifold Installation
14) Replace the rear cover of the pendant.

15) From the corner of the head beam, you will proceed to run the airlines through the
extruded side of the legs.
16) Locate the Filler Strip Kit and the remove the two sections that are for the head beam
and the section that is for the upper half of the Arch leg weldments. Snap all four filler
strips in, making sure that you are not pinching any of the 3/8” airlines. Refer to the
images below for more detail.

17) Remove the four sections that are for the lower half of each Arch leg weldment. Snap the
upper section into each leg first.

18) On each of the lower sections, there is a slotted area.

They will be used to run the airlines through. Run the lines through the slotted area and
then snap the filler strip into place. Refer to the images on the next for more detail.
