Installation

Additional Options: Dual K-Nozzle Manifolds

Dual K-Nozzle Manifold Installation
1) Locate the box that the K-Nozzle components shipped in and confirm that all of the
pieces are there and also that there is no damage to any of the components.
2) Remove the four foam tube assemblies, the two entrance side spray manifold
assemblies, and the two exit side spray manifold assemblies. The side spray manifolds
are labeled with tags.

3) Apply Teflon™ tape and liquid Teflon™ to the threads on the ends of both side spray
manifolds.

4) Mount a foam tube assembly to the end of each manifold. When you tighten the foam
tube assemblies to the manifolds, make sure that the elbow fittings (shown in dotted
ovals below) face away from the center of the bay.
