Single K-Nozzle Manifold Installation

Note: The following images will show the Sunburst Pendant. Utility connections are the same for
all Pendant styles.

11) Remove the two 1/2” union tees from the accessory box. Run the field supplied, 1/2”
main air feed and the 1/2” main water/chemical feed through the top hole of the front
pendent cover and connect one to the top of each union tee.

12) Locate the three, one foot sections of nylon protective sleeve from the accessory box.
You will use two of the sections at each corner of the head beam. The third will be used
at the point where the airlines will come out of the filler strip at the bottom of each leg.

13) Remove the four 3/8” stem adaptors from the accessory box. Plug one in each side of the
union tees and then run two lengths of the supplied 3/8 airlines to each side. Place the
airlines in the extruded side of the head beam and then through the nylon protective
sleeve that is at each corner of the head beam.

Note: Make sure that the nylon protective sleeve is positioned so that it is not allowing the airlines
to rub any of the edges at the slotted area of the head beam corner.
