Installation

Basic Frame Assembly

This section will instruct you on how to assemble the basic framework of the system. Both leg
assemblies are identical and can be used on either side. The head assembly traditionally has an
entrance and exit side. The mitters are to be positioned on the exit side of the frame.
1) Locate the head frame assembly and the two leg assemblies. Determine the head frame
assembly’s entrance side from the exit side. Clamp the head assembly securely to the forks
of the forklift and raise it above the height of the legs.
2) Secure the legs to the head assembly using the supplied bolts, washer and nuts.

CAUTION

Be sure to clamp or strap equipment securely to the forks of the forklift before
lifting equipment. Do not stand under load.
