TIRE WASHER
Installation
Height Adjustment
The height will vary between the “Stand Alone” model and the “Combo Wash” mounted model.
See images below to determine the correct height for your location.
1) Adjust the height of the driver side Tire Washer so that the brush is level and clears conveyor dollies,
as they will pass underneath. Adjustments are made by loosening the bearings at the base sections
and manipulating the adjuster bolt.
2) Adjust the passenger side tire washer such that brush is level and travels just above the floor.
Stand Alone Tire Washer
Slotted holes shown in front view allow Tire Washer height adjustment.

CAUTION
If Standalone Tire Washer: When adjusting the height of the brushes, they are NOT to be set
higher then the stand
