Chapter 7 Solution Delivery Module (SDM) / Pumping Station

Installing the XR Triple Foam Pods

Equipment Room Items to Connect
The SDM can be mounted on the wall or on the side of the Pumping Station. The Triple Foam Distribution Manifold may need to be
rotated to allow space for the port next to it.

Once the Triple Foma Maniold is secured in place, it is time to run the field supplied 1/2’’ poly flow tubing for the pneumatic run and
the 3/8” poly flow tubing for the chemical/water line from the equipment room through the Boom tie wraps and onto the machine. Be
sure to loop the lines enough to allow proper rotation of the Boom and a sufficient bend radius on the lines. Refer to the diagram
below to identify the connection locations.
