E-1063 PROGRAMMING AND OPERATION

            Chapter 1 General Machine Operation

            Vehicle Flow

Special Considerations for Entrance Operation 1

Entrance Operation “ON” status MUST be programmed for wash to operate. This is true even if none of the
Packages utilize it. The ON conditions of Entrance Operation 1 determines when the Package is shifted from Loader
to the Wash. If not configured, the vehicles Package will never be loaded into the wash.

Note: If Enter features utilized (Entrance Operations 1 – 3), Entrance Operation 1 must be the first
                          feature encountered by the vehicle.

                Alarms
                Pull Off
When a vehicle pulls off of the Treadle during a wash, the machine will retract all wheels away from the vehicle and
stop all dispensing. Then the On-Board Sign will indicate the direction that the vehicle should travel. If the vehicle is
not in position within 10 seconds, the machine will turn on dispensing, leave the wheels retracted and move to the
Exit Home position. This is done to ensure that the driver has a view of the On-Board Sign. If the vehicle is not in
position within 2 minutes after the machine has “Homed”, the wash will be cancelled. The system will consider the
vehicle out of position (off the Treadle) until both Treadle Doors are down.

                Time Out
This Alarm occurs when one or more of the Outputs “Named 1 – 8” and “Misc 1 – 8” are on and the state of all of
these Outputs combined is not changed for 610 seconds (10 minutes and 10 seconds).
                To Treadle
This Alarm is typically when a Package is loaded into the Loader (Package received from POS) and the vehicle
never enters the bay. The delay is 2 minutes for normal loading. The delay is 10 minutes if the Package has been
shifted from the Loader to the wash due to Pull-In selected to YES in the Enter Operation screen (i.e. Entrance
Operation 1, Pull In, On Condition set to YES).
                No Entry
This Alarm is when a Package is loaded into the Loader (Package received from POS) and the vehicle does not
enter the bay for 10 minutes. This condition is true when Package In Loader is never shifted into the wash. Check
Entrance operation 1 if problem is consistent.
