Advanced Configuration / Enter Wheel Setup
FROM BACK: Indicates that the Application started at the entrance of the bay (back of the vehicle). The
following fields control Enter Wheel behavior when they are started FROM BACK.
ENABLED / DISABLED CHECK NEXT PASS
• When ENABLED the Enter Wheels will stay on and in until next pass is started.
• If next pass does not utilize Enter Wheels, the Enter Wheels will go out and turn off.
• If next pass does utilize Enter Wheels, they will remain in and on for uninterrupted operation
DIRECTION CHANGE POSITION
• This is the amount of inches from the front of the vehicle that the Enter Wheels will change
rotation direction when started FROM BACK.
RETRACT PNEUMATIC DISTANCE
• This is the amount of inches from the back of the vehicle that the system will turn off ENTER
PASSENGER IN (035) while keeping the ENTER BOTH IN / WTR (036) on.
FROM BACK IN MOTION DELAY
• This is the amount of seconds that the Carriage motion will be delayed after Enter Wheels are
instructed to come in when the pass has started FROM BACK.
ENABLED / DISABLED HIGH CURRENT RETRACT: When ENABLED system will turn off ENTER BOTH IN /
WTR (036) when the current exceeds value to left. Value to left is displayed in Amps.
ENTER WHEEL RPM: This is the rotational speed (in revolutions per minute) that the Entrance Wheels will
spin when on.

The following selections move you to their corresponding
screens

• OUTPUT “ON WITH” CONTROL
• ENTER WHEEL SETUP
• TOP WHEEL SETUP
• EXIT WHEEL SETUP
MONITOR RETRACT: The oval toggles from filled to un-filled. When filled the system will Fault if the Top
Wheel is being instructed to go up and the Up-Position Read Sensor is not on.
FROM FRONT MOTION DELAY: This is the amount of seconds that the Carriage motion will be delayed after
the Top Wheel is instruction to come down when pass has started FROM FRONT.
VFD MOTOR CONTROL: (ENABLED/DISABLED) – When enabled system will run Top Wheel ON/OFF and
RPM from VFD on network. If enabled without having VFD installed for Top Wheel will cause DRIVE COM
FAULTS.
TOP WHEEL RPM: This is wheel rotation speed if VFD motor controller enabled.
