Installation

Assembly

1) Choose a dry location to place the unit that includes: a flat surface, a drain for overflow and 3 phase AC
power with disconnect. The area should be well lighted. It should also have adequate room to inspect
and maintain the unit. Allow room for checking the oil level, changing the oil, tightening the belts, and
removing the pump.
2) Remove unit from packing crate, and position into approximate location.
3) Loosen motor/pump plate shipping bolts. This allows motor/pump plate to float freely. DO NOT
REMOVE BOLTS ENTIRELY. They acts as a safety stop should the plate be jarred suddenly.

Step 2:
leave 1/8”gap Step 1:
remove washers

tighten lock nut
