QUAD WAVE MITTER

Installation

Cloth

1) Mount the appropriate cloth panel onto each of the Waves as shown in the diagram on the next
page.
2) Push the Mitter Wave up to hold the inserted cloth panels in place. Repeat this process until all
cloth is installed.
3) Replace the bolt located behind the shaft bearing of the follower rack.
4) Tighten the two loosened bolts, then the 1-1/8” top bolt. Rotate the tightening sequence to achieve
an even seating.
5) Slide the outside collar back into position.

Note: Split in collar MUST be perpendicular to the split of the shaft bearing halves.
6) Return upper locking collar to its original position and secure it into place.
7) Snug upper and outside collars tightly against both shaft bearings, and secure them into place.
8) Replace the rack connectors and all retaining pins.
9) Repeat this process on the other side.
