Installing Cleaning Material

Upper Hub: Neo-Tex®
Note: The cleaning material for the upper hub comes in two thicknesses. 1/8” thick and 1/4”
thick. Be sure to install the correct thickness in the correct location.
1) Locate 12 of the 41” x 8” x 1/8” thick Neo-Tex® pieces and twelve 8” Wash Clips.
2) Place the Wash Clips it in the center of the pack as shown below. Fold the Neo-Tex® pieces in
half and slide the Wash Clips “C” Channels.

3) Fill every third “C” Channel slot as shown below (12 pieces in all). Make sure the Packs are
pushed all the way to the bottom of the hub.

4) Locate 24 of the 25” x 8” x 1/8” thick Neo-Tex® pieces and twelve 8” Wash Clips.
5) Place the Wash Clips ends through the holes if both packs as shown below.

6) Fill every third “C” Channel slot as shown below (12 pieces in all). Make sure the Packs are
pushed down as far as possible. Be sure the flaps are in the direction as shown below.
