Installation

Arch Assembly
Both leg assemblies are identical and can be used on either side. The Decal Pendant has only one
decal even though the Pendant won’t be installed until the end, so be aware of what side you desire it
to be on. When erecting your UNIARCH notice the off-set hole on the top of the Pendant and stand
the Arch up accordingly. Be sure to use Teflon tape on all connections.
Use stainless-steel compatible Teflon™ tape and Liquid Teflon™ on ALL fittings.
Direct plumb hydraulic hose instead of using hose-barb for High-Pressure applications.
1) Uncrate and inspect shipment for damage, and to verify that all pieces are there. If there is any
damaged equipment, file a claim with the trucking company immediately. Receiving party is
responsible for filing claim with trucking company. Notify your local distributor or Belanger, Inc.
immediately If shipment is determined damaged or incomplete.
2) Remove the steel band from the shipping pallet.
3) Locate the parts required to construct the Union Assembly as shown below. Locate the two
manifold assemblies as well.

Nipple
Union

4) Remove the detachable side of the union and secure it to one of the upper manifolds and then
assemble the parts shown below. Secure the assembly to the other manifold as shown below.

5) Locate the supplied barbed hose fitting and secure it into pace as shown below.
