Chapter 3 General Repairs

Optional On-Board Dryer

Tools Required
3/4” socket for either an
2 ladders 3/4” wrench
pneumatic impact or a ratchet
Supplied strap with hook Supplied 1/2” alignment bar 2 plastic tie straps
Pivoting the On-Board Dryer Frame Down

1) Turn off the motor starter panel for the two dryer housings.
2) Jog the FreeStyler® towards the entrance side of the bay and stop it just past the entrance side of the middle head beam
as shown below.

3) Remove the front panel by removing the 4 button head fasteners located on the front panel as shown below with dotted
arrows and the 2 plastic tie straps that are on the back side of the panel at the bottom.

4) Remove the two 1/2-13 fasteners which go through the c-channel located at the upper-middle of the On-Board Dryer
Frame Weldment as shown below.
