Enrollment Findings for Fox Ridge
⊲ Fox Ridge is our fastest growing middle school with enrollment currently
projected at 1,419 students in 2016.
⊲ Enrollment exceeded building capacity in 2015.
⊲ Conservative projections show growth to 500+ students beyond capacity in
2020.
⊲ Significant growth will continue beyond 2020.
⊲ Aggressive MetroStudy estimates result in nearly 1,000 students beyond capacity
in 2020.
Recommendation:
The LRFPC recommends the construction of a new middle school to provide
enrollment relief for Fox Ridge.
