Coyote Hills Elementary School
Projected Enrollment 2016-20
CCSD developed two different enrollment projection models in order to effectively
plan for continued growth in the eastern portion of Cherry Creek. The following
chart represents two different models developed with input from outside partners.

■ Projections developed utilizing housing forecasts from MetroStudy are shown by the tan bars.

Recommendation:
The LRFPC recommends the construction of a new elementary school to provide
enrollment relief for Coyote Hills by ending overflow enrollment from Pine Ridge.
