Buffalo Trail Elementary School
Projected Enrollment 2016-20
CCSD developed two different enrollment projection models in order to effectively
plan for continued growth in the eastern portion of Cherry Creek. The following
chart represents two different models developed with input from outside partners.
■ Official CCSD Planning Office projections are shown by the yellow bars.
■ Projections developed utilizing housing forecasts from MetroStudy are shown by the tan bars.
Recommendation:
The LRFPC recommends that there are no additional facility needs to manage
enrollment at Buffalo Trail at this time, as Buffalo Trail will remain at or near
capacity through 2020.
