             Everybody liked my coat.
March 22. Went to Church. George and I went up and had
our pictures taken over. In aft. we went walking. In nite went to
show to see Mary Burns, Fugitive. Grand at Majestic. Went to
Hamilton’s afterwards. Then took a walk. Had fun.

March 23. Went to school. George and I went up to get our
proofs after school. They were good. After supper, Jack came over.
He’s here now. George is playing b. ball. He came over after he
             was finished. Had fun!

March 24. George and I, Rita and Jack, Bob and V. Lee, and
Rex and his wife all went skating. Did we have fun? Went to Mer-
rigan’s with our skates on. Came home.

March 25. The Seniors played the underclassmen at L. Hall. I
yelled for the Seniors until I was hoarse. Afterwards all of us kids
went to Hamilton’s. I was supposed to meet George. He and Jack
were here when I got home. We went skating. Went to Merrigan’s.

March 26. George played b. ball at D.P. Norine, Weezie and I
went. They played Routt underclassmen. Won. Afterwards Weezie,
Norine, and I went to Hamilton’s. Was George mad? He said I was
supposed to meet him. I came home at 10:30. George didn’t come
home. He was at Merrigan’s. Came home with Jimmie.

March 27. George was mad and wouldn’t go to school. Came
over after school and gave me the “dickens.” Said Jimmie and he
and I were going skating. Well, we went. I fell down and split my
head open in 3 places. It bled. Jimmie and George were scared stiff.
It knocked me out. I came home. George took me to the doctor’s. I
said, Please don’t cut my hair. George was so sorry. He said it was
his fault because he wanted me to race him on Dunlap Court. I
almost broke the pavement. More fun!!!
