Stairs and railings

Task-Stairs

Purpose: to understand how stairs and railings are created, modeled and placed:

1. Navigate to ground level in Project Browser og klik på
Stair tool

Architecture ► Circulation ► Stair ► Stair by
Component

2. Set the following in the Option Bar

3. In Context Ribbon clicked on Railing and in the dialog
box, select None.

Revit will not automatically create the railing, because we
want to do it manually.

4. In Properties select the type “Assembled Stair - Private”
and Top Level set to “(02) 1. Sal”
