Stairs and railings




                  7.    Draw a landing, there where the starirs are
                        ending.

                        Click Landing tool in Context Tab and use
                        Sketch Landing.







                        Draw a rectangle that follows the stairs
                        width (between the frames) which starts at
                        the last riser and ends at the front of the
                        slab on 1. Sal.

                        Click OK to the sketch and Revit will create
                        a Landing.
                        Also, stringer will be created automaticlly,
                        but stringers at the grid line D should be
                        deleted.

                        Use TAB to select it and press DELETE



                  8.    Click OK again to exit the stairs and go to a
                        3D View, evt. using Section Box, where it
                        can be seen that the Revit has created
                        staircase.

















                  9.    It is possible to correct signature arrow so
                        that it corresponds to the Danish standard.

                        Select signature arrow and under
                        Properties select the type Fixed Up
                        Direction-Default

                        Adjust if necessary, further by clicking on
                        the Edit Type
