21 ACKNOWLEDGMENT
21.1 The above Rules and Regulations, and all separate Rules and Regulations whether
published or posted in community facilities, are by this reference incorporated in the
rental/lease agreement except that these Rules and Regulations may be amended in
accordance with MRL Section 798.25. Likewise, the violation of any term, condition or
other provision of the lease or rental agreement applicable to anyone's tenancy or
residency in the community is prohibited under these rules and regulations.
21.2 No violation of any term, condition, or other provision of the lease or rental agreement
will be permitted at any time by any Homeowner / resident, guest, or any other person
to whom these rules and regulations apply. Any such violation is grounds for injunctive
relief under section 798.88 of the Mobilehome Residency Law.
21.3 The undersigned Homeowner has read and understands and hereby acknowledges
receipt of a copy of these Rules and Regulations.
21.4 Payment of rent for the month next following receipt of a copy of these Rules and
Regulations shall constitute such acknowledgment just as if the Homeowner had signed
below.
21.5 Each Rule or Regulation is separate, distinct and individually enforceable. In the event
any Rule or Regulation is declared to be unlawful or unenforceable by either the Mobile
Home Landlord Tenant Act, California Civil Code or federal law and providing such law
is constitutional, the validity of all other provisions shall not be affected.
